With regards to your complaint, the customer had placed an order 31781956 on 19/01/2023 and that was delivered to him on 22/01/2023.
The customer had raised a return request stating the the products were missing in her order and chose a reason as "Delivery Box Completely Intact"
One return request was accepted by our system and the refund of Rs. 293/- was initiated on 28/01/2023. It must have been credited to the bank account as it takes 1-2 working days post initiation.
For another requests, our team had investigated with the warehouse and received an update that all the products were completely packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Hence, the return request got rejected.
Apart from this, the customer changed the statement that the box was not packed properly as another tape was used to re-pack the shipment. As a one time exception, we have accepted the return request and processed and initiated a refund of 628/- on 29/01/2023.
Generally a refund once initiated, it takes 1-2 working days to reflect in the customer's bank account in the name of Cashfree.
