[Resolved] Purplle.com — failed verification | |
I ordered products worth rs 460. Now they are showing verification failed after deducting the amount from my account and its showing order couldnt be confirmed. This is my worst shopping experience and its my first time using prrplle app and the customer service is not responding to the queries of customers. I didnt expect these from purplle. Refund Order no [protected] . Already submitted bank detail still not got my refund its have been 1 month. They are not replying to my meassge. They are quick at picking up their product but not giving me my money back
