Purplle.com — I want to cancel my order but no one is answering

So i want to cancel my order i email you a lot but no one is responding. Actually i want to add some more items in my order but they are not cancelling order i am a regular costumer and this time they disappointed me. I i'll make sure not to order anything else you if my order won't be cancelled.
