[Resolved]  Purplle.com — item not delivered but status is delivered

The item that i ordered was not delivered to me. I raised a ticket with customer care. #313548 but received no reply. I called the courier ppl and registered a complaint with them as well. They reverted back that the item was marked as lost and i was asked to contact purplle again. And again no replies from purplle after a week. The customer support of purplle is extremely disappointing as they don't pick any calls. Please take necessary action to either refund or make the product available for delivery.

Please note that we have requested Proof of delivery from the courier partner who has provided information that shipment is delivered. We are now in contact with the customer and once we receive the proof of delivery the issu will be resolved in 1-2 working days. Request you to just allow us 2 working days and we assure the matter will be resolved
