Purplle.com — Lipstick Color is different Refund request rejected

I am normally used Nykaa for cosmetics online shopping. 1st time i saw purplle add on facebook so i want to try new. But i thoght its buggest mistake. order no. 40735839 Maybeline Lipstick is color is tottaly different shown on platfrom. I request for refurn 02 times online and 1 time by email. But they always reject to return request. They are giving the reason " Images not correct " I know images are correct they dont want to return the product. I am so much tired now. I cant do anything. but in future i never use purple and never recommend purplle anybody.

I tried so many online platform amazon, flipkart, nykkaa, meesho. They all are very good.

With regards to the complaint, the customer placed an order with ID 40735839 on 13/09/2023 and it was delivered on 14/09/2023. The customer raised a return request for the product - Maybelline New York Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick, 807 Dried Rose (3.9 g) stating that the shade does not match the images.

As per checking the details, the return request has been canceled, our team has checked the images and shared an update that the shade is the same that we have delivered. Hence, we will be unable to proceed with the return request.
