Purplle.com — Multiple pushing of delivery date making it delay more than 1 week

Hi,

I placed an order on 17th May, and at the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was shown as 21st May. However, as of today (24th May), the order has still not been delivered. Now the status has been updated to 26th May, and it shows “in transit” with a note that it has been misrouted from a nearby courier facility.

This delay is very disappointing, especially since the delivery date has already been pushed multiple times. I needed this order urgently, and such unexpected delays are not acceptable.

I request you to kindly look into this issue immediately and ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest possible time. If there is any further delay, please provide a clear explanation and a definite delivery timeline.
