Purplle.com — My order delivery postponed again and again for no reason

I have placed my order on sep 2 the estimated delivery is sep 6 but the delivery has been postponed by the app on sep 8 now it again postponed to sep 10 even though when i checked their delivery partner site it shows my order had reached the destination a day before but it still postponed
