I placed the order on 9th of August, which was expected to be delivery by 12th of August 2021 and the oder was in two shipments, first shipment was damaged product and on other one there is no update and this is what they do everytime no proper updates by the customer care executives, most of the times they are confused in understand the concern, and if they understand what exactly happened they are always saying that it's technical glintch or after placing the order their products gets out of stock.
Neither I received my refund not the product in fact no proper update on the app as well. Was this information helpful? |
