I had already filed a complain on Sunday, 7 june against purplle app that my money is debited from my account and order is not verified and placed yet!! Your one of your customer service call me and told me that it would take 2-4 working days to reflect back money in my account at a provided time frame, or if not money was not reflected may be order would be placed but neither of the things happened and it's been a week now!!! can you please check and help me out. Placed my order or credit my money back!! I had ordered on 3 June and now it's 16 June and I don't recieved it yet. Verified Support Jun 17, 2020 Purplle.com Customer Care's response We would like to inform that due to technical glitch the refund amount was not reflecting. After confirming with the accounts department the refund has been raised and it will be initiated within 1-2 working days and it will reflect in the customer's account within 7-10 working days.

I placed an order today on 5 the July
my order was successfully placed ...also the payment done but I got a mail then where my all items are cancelled due to verification failed... Nd still I didn't get any refund from you why?
