Complaint marked as Resolved My complain has been resolved, around 1st of October a company executive called on my no. and informed me that 3 out of 5 products failed Quality check that's why their was delay in shipping of product. He said that they will ship rest 2 products by 2nd October which they did as I got a message of product shipped on that day and rest of the money would be refund to my account. I got my 2 products on around 5th October and money for rest of the products have been returned in my account on 9th October. the site responded to my emails and person from the company contacted me and resolved my complain efficiently, the quality of the rest 2 products which I got which are Rich feel heena and Axe after shave lotion is also good and they were packaged very well.
