This is regarding order no[protected].Order placed on 13th Oct 2022, estimated date of delivery 19th October.I as a patron customer tracked my parcel which showed reached Goa hub on 15th October 2022.It did not reach my address on 19th October.I pardoned the delay as it was festivities and peak of sale.I however after Diwali contacted Purplle.com assistance and was assured it will reach next 1-2 days.I was in touch with the team only to be told every day, it will be next 1-2 days.So I finally frustrated asked for a date 27th Oct was what I was told.I waited patiently till 27th Oct 2022.Then I was a bit weary, I contacted Purplle.com team via call and chat assistance and was assured the shipment would reach me by 28th Oct.i did not receive the parcel on 28th Oct 2022, so I contacted team Purplle.com today I.e 28th Oct and was told wait for another 1-2 days.I wasn't convinced with her replies, asked her for a senior supervisor, who I think wasnt there on premises.She gave excuses cant connect to him/her.
I have been a loyal customer of Purplle.com since its inception.I am disappointed
It is a prepaid parcel, I feel Purplle.com has cheated me and lied about delivery, frustrated I have cancelled the shipment today waiting for refund.
I need the forum to penalize the Purplle.com for their fraud, lackadaisical attitude and none so what concern to their customers. As well as prolonged delay with no intimation.
