I order some products from purplle (May 31, 2020 order id[protected] when i received my parcel one product was missing and the bill amount was full and showing the name of missing product,
I showed the bill to delivery boy that one product is missing but he replied that they just deliver the parcel and are not responsible for missing items.
I forwarded my complaint by email to purplle as their customer care number was not working because of covid 19, but i have not received any reply yet from purplle.
I always make a video when i open my parcel that video is proof that one product is missing in the parcel. Bill picture and video is attached. Purplle should refund the money back or provide the missing product.
