I place order on 21 oct 2022 and delivery date was 24 oct 2022

today is 24 oct and i have received sms from its courier partner that we unable locate your address so we fail to deliver .if this company can not provide service than why running and disturbing customer on this festival .

Customer care executive telling for wait for 2 day but why i wait..if you can't provide order date you mention while placing order than why you accept .??
