I am writing this email to you after experiencing a very bad service from Purplle.com. I feel I am cheated by your company. Please see attached the email trail of constant follow-up on the product I had purchased from your website which is still not delivered to me. Kindly note this purchase which I had made from your website is a PRE-PAID purchase. I have already made payment for the product, however I have still not received the product. After constant follow-up with Kavya & Jay from your organization, I have not received the products nor a call back Today when I made a follow-up call one girl called shubnam picked the call and said we will process the refund. This reply from our end is just not acceptable. If the product is out of stock your guys should have a courtesy to atleast call or reply via email on the status. I paid you guys on March 27 2015, and till now I have not received any product from you. Please note, I am now constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you which shall be solely as to you cost & consequences. Awaiting a call back from your end.
