Purplle.com — Order not received but shows delivered
I ordered a few products from purplle but I had not received them still it's showing that the products has been delivered. Order id : 27869485
AWB no :[protected] couriers partner Xpressbees. Will you please tell me where did you delivered them without asking delivery code from me? It was a prepaid order. I want to raise a complaint over this issue. Please resolve this as soon as possible or I have to complaint it in consumer right department.

Order id[protected], shipment AWB[protected] was delivered the customer[protected].
If the products are missing so request customer to raise a return request for missing product.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We would request you to try raising the return request once again. Below are the steps mentioned.
- Logon to your Purplle App/website,
- Click on Smiley
- Click on My orders
- Select the order number
- Click on view order details
- Click on "Return Item" next to the product you want to return
- Select the correct reason and upload 2-3 images. as specified below :
1) Box and invoice pictures'.
3) Images which can verify your claim
- Kindly add few words mentioning your concern in the description box because if you will not fill in the description box the request will not proceed further.
Be rest assured our team will verify the return request and provide you the resolution.
