Greetings from Purplle Executive Customer Relations team!!
Order id[protected], shipment AWB[protected] was delivered the customer[protected].
If the products are missing so request customer to raise a return request for missing product.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We would request you to try raising the return request once again. Below are the steps mentioned.
- Logon to your Purplle App/website,
- Click on Smiley
- Click on My orders
- Select the order number
- Click on view order details
- Click on "Return Item" next to the product you want to return
- Select the correct reason and upload 2-3 images. as specified below :
1) Box and invoice pictures'.
3) Images which can verify your claim
- Kindly add few words mentioning your concern in the description box because if you will not fill in the description box the request will not proceed further.
Be rest assured our team will verify the return request and provide you the resolution.

Updated by Harshitakain I didn't received anything! Not even the parcel how can I return it? The order is not received by me neither I ever shared the otp with anyone else still it is showing that its been delivered?? The main problem is I haven't received my parcel with order id : 27869485 and AWB NO :[protected]. Kindly please redispatch them or give me my refund. It was a prepaid order. I've attached the pics for the same in the previous complaint.

Updated by Harshitakain Delivery person never contacted me and I did not receive prepaid order that I placed. I got message that my order is delivered but it is not delivered to me. Purplle showing that my prepaid order is delivered but it is not. Please return my money or deliver my prepaid order products. I also tried to contact purplle customer care but I have not received any response.
