Purplle.com — order not received since 10 days | |
I placed an order on purplle.com on 24th september which was to delivered within 4th october. However, while tracking the parcel shows to be near my delivery location since 1st october. I have placed a prepaid order worth rs. 839 but still not received my even after calling the customer service almost three four times. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not expected when you have already paid for your order. Either deliver my order as soon as possible or refund my money back immediately. Or else i will have seek legal help against this fraudulent attitude of the said site. Was this information helpful? | |
