I just want to say about my recent order (Ny Lipstick) I order the 6 lipstick on 25th of July 2021 And Expected delivery date on 1 to 2 Aug..I waiting for my parcel last 10 days but today I received the massage from purplle.com that is (We have Successfully processed the refund rs 854 againts my order)but my concern is I do not cancelled the ordered soo why purple app is cancelling my ordered without my permission... very disappointed ..
