The package cardboard was cautiously opened seal from one side, which could not be easily seen unless when when you go to open package. The shipment no is #[protected]. In regards to the customer's order 15515463, we had a word with the customer.
As the customer mentioned the packaging of the products which were delivered against the shipment [protected] was unsealed. We wish to inform you that we have processed the refund of Rs.133/- against the products on[protected].
Most of the refunds are credited in 24 to 48 hours so you can expect this to be credited to the customer's source account in 1 to 2 working days. However, there may be very rare instances where the refund may take a maximum of 7 to 10 working days due to delays from the Payment gateway.
The refund would reflect under the name of Manash Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.
