[Resolved]  Purplle.com — packaging was already opened

I ordered a toner from you. When I received the order, it was loosely packed. I believed during carriage it might have been distorted. But I was shocked to see that the inside cover was also open and toner was leaking. Half of toner is leaked. I had previously ordered facial kit and serum, they waere very nicely packed and I received it intact. But this time it was glass bottle and I can’t believe they can send such fragile item like this.
