[Resolved] Purplle.com — Payment taken but order not shipped

Order ID 720952 placed on 7th Oct is still not shipped. They have taken a payment from me. Every time i follow up they make a false promise to me that my order will be shipped next day which did not happen till date. I am worried as i had made online payment. I followed up thrice but still no satisfactory response.
