I ordered for two Combos of Coconut carrier oil and Rosemary Oil prices at Rs 81/- x 2 = Rs 162/- at Purplle's website on 08.01.2019 (screenshot attached). Till payment was made the combo was appearing in my cart. In the screenshot it says "in your Cart". However after making payment, only carrier oil was appearing and the same was delivered. I had spoken to customer care on the same day after placing the order and sent an email and was assured that solution would be provided.
Its bee over 8 days and initially the customer care didn't respond despite repeated reminders. The customer care have very rudely refused to deliver the other half of of the combo products ordered and have even mocked and laughed upon saying "go complaint and any legal action you want to take, we will not provide the product"
After continuous reminders to customer care for past 8 days, solution offered is a discount of Rs 50/- while the combo offered was of Rs 550/- x 2 = Rs 1100/- (MRP) and only carrier oil worth Rs 92*2 = Rs 184/- has been delivered.
The customer care staff esp the Head Ms Kavita is extremely rude and has refused to escalate the matter to her seniors. On insistence, the mail ID provided by her seems non-functional as no one has responded to email since morning.
I ordered for a combo, i paid for a combo and i want to receive the product (combo) i ordered for and paid for. Was this information helpful? |
