[Resolved] Purplle.com — product return not being taken since one month

I received a fake product but they are not taking it back and not refunding my money. Order id #4166268. I have mailed them countless number of times and was on call for half an hour with that stupid music playing but no one answered. It is a costly perfume worth around 7000 and they are not even responding to mails. It has been more than one month and i am helpless. Any solution?
