I ordered some products from purplle app on 6th June and on 9th June at night 11.40 I got message from purplle all products are delivered.. But I have not got any single product from them.. in fact after ordered my products I haven't got any single messages from them and not even OTP for product receiving.. I called customer care service and assured me that they will solve the problem within 48 hours but they are not giving me any updates.. I'm very disappointed with the service..
