Purplle.com — Products are not delivered but they're sending messages all products are delivered which I have been ordered

I ordered some products from purplle app on 6th June and on 9th June at night 11.40 I got message from purplle all products are delivered.. But I have not got any single product from them.. in fact after ordered my products I haven't got any single messages from them and not even OTP for product receiving.. I called customer care service and assured me that they will solve the problem within 48 hours but they are not giving me any updates.. I'm very disappointed with the service.. And I like to say here that PURPLLE is a big fraud company..
