[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Purplle lied to me! Purplle is neither giving my refund nor my products! It's a fraud company!

I ordered a few products from purplle on 14th of September (awb no :[protected], order I'd :[protected] but I never received them. Still on the 16th of the same month, it showed that my products has been delivered. I didn't received them nor I shared my otp with anyone where are my products?? It was a prepaid order. The customer care is just stalling the matter as long as they could. They are saying that I didn't picked up the call on the day of delivery but I shared my otp. Wtf how can I share the otp when I didn't picked up the call?? Does it make any sense? Your delivery boy is a liar. The customer care is of no help. Its been 13 days every time I call them they just give an excuse that MA'AM WE ARE INVESTIGATING. Is it crime patrol? How long will it take? This company is fraud I will never order anything from here neither I will recommend it to anyone. The worst app that I've every used. I wish there was a option of rating it in negative I would do it negative infinity.
