[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Receive a broken product

I ordered a parcel for 4 items my order number is 17491341 . I receive it today and the blusher that i order is broken completely .not at all satisfying with the quality i hereby attach the photo of that also

As we tracked the details of the customer order[protected], with shipment - 562097 has been delivered on[protected]. We spoke with the customer on call and guided her to raise the return request from the Purplle app for the damaged products received in the order.

The customer said she will raise the return refund / redispatch from her end on[protected]. Once the request is raised, our respective department will connect with the customer and assist her accordingly in resolving the customer's concern on priority.
