I ordered a Bonjour Paris High Volume Mascara from www.purplle.com website and I received a used up mascara and it was a very dried up product. Plus there is no option of returning the product on this site for this product. hence, I want my money refunded. and the product to be taken by purplle.com. I request you to please take the product and refund my money. P.s - there is no return button on the site for this product. Do please help me to return thus product. even i have received used and damaged product there is no refund from the company on its return since last 7 days not mail nor their customer care picks up the phone
