[Resolved] Purplle.com — Received Product in tampered Condtion against Order # [protected] | |||
This is with regards to my Order # [protected], I had received products in tampered conditions. We contacted Purplle executive through email and asked them to replace with the new product, I had sent several emails to the customer services but have yet to receive response. We would the product to be replaced with new one . If I do not receive any response will further have the matter escalated. Was this information helpful? | |||
