Purplle.com — Refund for Maybelline lipstick from Purplle for unmatching products

Respected Sir / Madam,

Sub :- Refund from Purplle for 2 unmatching product of
(1) Maybelline New York color sensational creamy matte lipstick, 677 noho amber (3.9 g)
(2) Maybelline New York color sensational creamy matte lipstick, 812 mauve it up (3.9 g)

Purplle did not deliver me the same matching products mentioned above as displayed on the Purplle app . The delivered lipstick colour does not match with display picture on Purplle app. I feel cheated. Upon contacting Purple regarding the refund today i was disappointed.
Order id [protected] placed on 26/07/2021. Delivered on 28/07/2021.
Please help me get the refund and do the needful at the earliest.
