I ordered some beauty products on 10th of feb 2020 via purplle app. It was a prepaid order of 1835 rs.

Due to some reasons i cancelled the items and reordered them. It said the amount i have paid before will be seen in my bank account through which the transaction was made, but i have not received my refund till date 24/02/2020. Please give me my money back. Please.

We would like to inform you that we have already processed the refund on[protected] with transaction id 20200210111212801300168024959442093.

Post initiation, it will take 7-10 working days (which excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

It should reflect under the name of Manash Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.
