Purplle.com — Refund rejected

Hello my name is rajesh kumar i have issue with order Id :[protected]
My reg. No :-[protected]
I have raised retrun request on 29jan because item is missing and request approved from your side but on 31jan request is rejected and i call on your customer care they said that sir due to your previous order retrun is rejected so i want to say that these order not retrun by me and delivery boy access my account and take account login otp and say sir this is product delivery otp and they fool me so no previous retrun or history not done by me and if any problem created by my account so sorry now my account is using by me and no acitivity pervious repated in furture so please refund my money for order id 32027174 this is the my frist experince and i'm geniune customer of purplle so please provide me my refund and the previous refund account is not my account so i remove the previous bank detail and add my bank deatail of feedral bank so please provide me refund
