[Resolved] Purplle.com — Regarding wrong product | |||||
I ordered khadi shampoo product but I got parvati shampoo. I called customer care of purplle.com, they told me to send the screenshots of product, I sent 2 days before but didnot get any proper response from their side. I asked them to pickup the wrong product and initiation of refund in my bank. So, please look into my issue. Verified Support Jan 31, 2017 Purplle.com Customer Care's response Hi Nishu, We are sorry that you received an incorrect product Khadi Neem Sat Shampoo (500 ml) against order no [protected]. We have arranged the reverse pick up of the same and it shall be done in 3 to 5 working days. Once the product is received at the warehouse, the refund shall be initiated and the same shall reflect in your account in 7 to 10 working days after initiating. | |||||
