[Resolved] Purplle.com — return issue | |||
I have purchased some products from purplle.com but i returned 2 products, after that i did't get any refund, when i called customer care they said like the products did't reach their warehouse. I called from the last 2 months but they did't refund it. They ask me about proof, in my purplle account i put return request after the next day one person came from purplle and picked the products but in my account it did't changed to returned, what can i o? My order id is #4184842. I have returned the product in perfectly good condition and apply for refund. Its been more than 10 days now and i did not get my refund. Also they are not picking up phone calls from any of my number. Worst.
