[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Return related issues

I have made an order on 29 August.. But I was not satisfied with the product... It was 16 plume brushes so I raised a return request.. Due to some issues the first three request had some image and reason issues from my side but In the last request I clearly sent the images of all products.. Please return them.. I have called your customer care multiple times but they said the product can't be returned

Greetings from Purplle Executive Customer Relations team !!

With regards to the return request under order id[protected]. The customer has confirmed that the product is damaged and she want to return it.

We have arranged the pick up of the product from our end from the delivery location on an urgent basis. The pickup will be done within 2-3 working days.

Mentioned below are the products that will be picked -
1) Plume 16 Pcs Professional Makeup Brush Set (Face + Eyes) With Marbelicious Makeup Bag

Once the refund will be processed, the customer will get the post notification on her registered email id/ contact number. Please be informed that she can track the shipment under AWB[protected]. Once we receive the products back at our warehouse within 5-7 working days, the refund will be done within 1-2 working days from our end.
