I have ordered a shampoo of 1ltr from purplle.com on 5 july 2023. When I received the parcel and opened it I found the bottle damaged. The lid of bottle was broken and shampoo was leaking from it. When i raised return request they rejected my request by giving policy excuses. And when I raised request again, they rejected it again .I mailed them also but received no response from their side. Now I have no way to reach them out . That shampoo cost me Rs.1090 which is a huge amount for me . Now I just want my refund from purplle.com Order ID 37386566 Was this information helpful?
