It's been 4 weeks now & i have still not received my refund for my order no. [protected]. I have been continuously emailing & contacting the customer service but there is no proper response from them. It is highly disturbing & im fed up with how long it takes to process my refund. Please kindly help me to get my refund in next 2 days or else i ll have to take some serious steps. @Purplle.com
