Purplle.com — They are not responding me

I have placed an order on this website but i forgot some products so that's why i wanted to cancel my order but they are not doing anything. Not helping me i have placed another order on this website so might they cancel my previous order but they are not sending me any official cancellation message. If they will not do so i will make sure to cancel other orders from this website because now i am tired by requesting them to officially cancel my order. I am sick
