We would like to inform you that we have processed your refund for order id 8413201 for Rs 797 on 18/01/2020 with transaction payu id [protected] and refund for order id 8413153 for rs 519 on 18/01/2020 with transaction payu id [protected].

Post initiation, it will take 7-10 working days (which excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

I have ordered a nybae lipcrayon and you have delivered a wrong product. I have returned the product on 6th of February but the refund is not done. I an trying to contact customer care through email but there is no reply.
