[Resolved]  Purplle.com — verification failed but money deducted

I had placed an order and made the payment through you i'd and it showed verification failed but my money was deducted from my debit card account. My order id is [protected]. I have tried contacting purple cysticercosis care also and they informed me that the amount will be returned within 2 days but it has been 4 days but i have not received the amount yet. Please refund my money back.
