I ordered a hair spray from thsi website. The product was delivered and I found it be damaged and when i checked the expiry date, the product was already expired too. So i decided to contact the customer care. The number on the website didnt respond and got no response for emails. Facebook page was inactive too. There was no way ever possible to contact. Finally i got a email response asking me to take pictures of the product and send. I did that too. Again no response for another week. So this continued for a month and finally they arranged for the return pick up and took back the product. But they stopped responding after that and i havent received the new product. I have no clue where to contact the concerned person. pl help Was this information helpful? | |||
