Order made on purplle.com on 04 aug 2019 my order no is [protected] in the name of shweta singh.On 06aug 2019 i have received wrong items which i have never ordered.some items are showing already delivered and i have not received.when i tried to return the products it is showing products are purchased under special offers kindly contact customer care.called customer care multiple times but no one picked up.kindly help me to get my money back. I have not received refund amount yet. I ordered 3 products on purplle on 3rd of Aug and cancelled next day. I made prepaid payment through my debit card the amount is rs. 456. Plzz as soon as possible refund my money
