[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Wrong Product Delivered...Nobody seems to answer on customer care number

Order No: [protected] I ordered Mythic Oil's Nourishing Oil. Instead you guys delivered Mythic Oil's Rich oil. I have called you 5 times. But no customer executive answers my calls.Automated response is on when I call and then you guys just hang up!!. This is not done..Either answer the phone or just don't provide a contact number on your website. I want a refund.

Hi All, I am Asst. Advisor with National Justice Council(NJC), Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, which works on legal matters of public interest. Anyone who has problem in this case can approach us and if we have large number of complaints(>20), we would be able to take the matter legally, however, the victims need to give us written complaints.

You can send signed and scanned complaints to [protected]@nationaljusticecouncil.in, with your name, father's name, address and phone number on the complaint. You can also visit our office at 904Barakhamba Road, New Delhi and give us written complaint there.
