[Resolved] Purplle.com — Order not delivered | |||||
I had ordered two cosmetics product from purplle.com which is online on 2nd june 2017. They messaged me saying the order is confirmed. I got another message saying that your order has been shipped and handed to holistic logistics which is their courier company and i could track my order details from there. After 2-3 days, i tracked down my order and it was showing that it will be delivered by 6th of june. On 6th june i tracked it again and it was showing 10th june. Now it is showing 13th june. I don't know what they are doing. I called up the courier company and they are saying that they have misplaced it. If it is found they will deliver it by 13th june which i don't think is true. The order has not been delivered yet as it has already been 9 days. Worst experience of online shopping with this site. I want my money back and want to cancel the order. Verified Support Jun 10, 2017 Purplle.com Customer Care's response Apologies for the delay in delivering your order. Your order [protected] has been dispatched through Holisol Logistics courier services via airway bill[protected]. A few of the shipments including yours have been misrouted by the courier partners. They have said that they shall attempt the delivery on 11/06/2017 or may declare the shipments as lost. Request you to kindly give us time till 11/06/2017 to revert back to you about the exact status of the shipment via email as we are already following up with you on email. | |||||

I am very much disappointed with your device.My order I'd is #[protected].I had ordered for this above mentioned moisturizer (190ml) worth rs.210.But I have got the product having the quantity (120ml), but has taken the amount rs.210.Why are u cheating your customers, who are having faith upon you.Plz refund my money as soon as possible.
