Dear purplle.com & ship delight courier, Order id: [protected], awb number: [protected] You are such a shameless, crooked, unworthy, unqualified, careless bunch of people company yeah both of you purplle.com & ship delight courier. I've ordered items worth of rs.570/- on 24th february. Its been 5 days. It hasn't been delivered. On the first 3 days you didn't update about the status of my order. I've called purpple.com customer care but they didn't give a # about customer service they never picked up. Never seen such a shady customer care. On 4th day i received a message that my orders are in transit and they will deliver next day. Now you ship delight, its your turn. Your guy never came at my address. When i received messaged that i missed my items. I thought he will come next day but after waited till 3'o clock i called your guy on this number +91 [protected]. I guess this is your company number. He picked up and talking in very ill mannered however i told him that he has my parcel and kindly deliver at 6 pm today. He never came i called him many times he didn't picked so i called ship delight customer care number and guess what they didn't give a # either no one picked and after some time i receive same message that you have missed your items. Have some shame, you call yourself companies, so many complaints is already there in consumer court against you purpple.com. Thats how you fool customers and digest there hard earned money. I never faced this kind of behavior from any other online site. I will not use your service ever and if my order will not delivered till tomorrow afternoon am going to post this mail at every social site and will launch a complaints against you in court.
