[Resolved]  Purplle.com — return and refund

I was order a lipstick first time from purplle but i am not getting the same shade as it was shown in picture. And i have not used the product. I was order dark and matte shade of lipstick but i m getting a light shade and its glossy. I want to return my order and want a refund amount as soon as possible.
I m trying to contact in customer care from yesterday but there is no response of this. I m very disappointed from your service.
