This is me pramod talwar (Not real name) from delhi. I got a call yesterday on 10:40 am from pv solution mobile number [protected] name priya jaiswal and she explained easy way to work from home no registration charge for starting work but will deducted 5200 from your 20000 payment of 1000 forms. I said ok. Just after she put the phone another call from [protected] asked do you have laptop and internet? I said yes. She disconnect the call and within few minutes number of agreement has been sent to my email address. I read all and asked priya jaiswal through whats app. Earlier she requested me to send pic of aadhar card. She didn't see the messege. After few hours i got number of licence agreements where it has written 'if work is not done by any reason you should pay 5200.'
I can't stop myself and again asked to priya jaiswal but she didn't respond. With that i sent email to all the receiver where from the agreement was came to my inbox saying 'i am not agree with the agreement. I don't want to do.' no response from anywhere. Till the moment i thinked that something is wrong. So i checked company profile and everything. Not such company was in india.

Today i have received a call this morning from [protected] and a ladies voice told me that check your inbox.. Assignment.. Something.. I said listen me i have disagreement regarding the agreement. But she disconnect call saying contact to the helpline if any problem.

I have checked email but no any assignment was sent. I again sent email to the helpline and overall email address wherefrom the emails i got.

Still i am shouting i'm not agree with the agreement contract whatever they prepare within few seconds without my consent. I am sute they will definitely follow me to earn 5200 from me. What should i do? Who listen to me. Pv solution forcefully operating scam on the name of work from home.

I am not agree to do work since the agreement paper I got yesterday without my consent..They sent agreement letter, lisence agreement, and today said assigned the work..whereas I am clearly said I am not agreed with the fake agreement..No doubt they will start follow me and begin torturing me after 10 days in the name of penalty for not working. I am clearly telling that I am not agreed what they wrote in the agreement. But also one after another agreement and call I am reveiving. Help me

Updated by Pramodtlbr I have already mentioned I never applied and still I am saying that they didn't explained me regarding penalty. While I see the agreement document then I spoked to all but continuously the made one after another agreement/acceptance/lisence.

1st I am shouting from yesterday why I receive numbers of document in the name of agreement, acceptance etc..They continiuously sending me agreement and

2nd thing..they started count the days to loot Rs 5200 from me..read the reply from helpline is we already sent file (assignment) for work from home.

Firstly the forcefully sending agreement and secondly without sending task they began countdown..

Updated by Pramodtlbr I am speaking from yesterday that I don't want to do work with such monopoly and onesided agreemet but nobody listen. Forcefully they made numbers of agreement and from today they started countdown of 10 days. They said today you assingment has been sent to your email ID without sending any work file.

Firstly I do not agreed the agreement but also they forcefully put me in the process of charge penalty. Neither I agreed their agreement nor I pay their so called penalty. They are on board to loot money.

Help me please.

Whatever I guessed on August 6 that comes true. I was filed complaint in this forum for security measure. My number is [protected] and emaild ID [protected]@gmail.com

I have already explained all the scenario I was not satisfy with their fake agreement so I sent email to all who sent me agreements and Priya Jaisawal [protected] who guided me to say Yes, Yes, Yes whatever company verification call asks. I become shocked while numbers of agreements were sent me and check this forum and got my Judicial stamp serial number 11510 with similar with 5 other victims. Then I was registered first complaint here on 6 August.

Today claiming herself Advocate Associates Swati Patel sent me email and threatened that adv.[protected]@gmail.com I should have pay 50, 000 later if you don't pay Registration Amount.

She wrote If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client.

I hope forum understand my problem whatever I explained earlier. First of all was not ready to work with such fake terms and conditions. so I tell them the same day. Then after I have not received email of their any assignment nothing. Now how can I be forced to pay their agreement amount.

Help me Sir. From today they begin tortured me. I know that PV solutions is fake and their all fraud works are not new for this forum. I am sure they can't get even single penny from me from their threatening. But suggest me please how can I get rid from their torture?
