[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — arrogant and unethical behaviour of security guard nazma khan at pvr infinity malad | |
Respected sir, This is to let your company know about a horrible incident that took place with me in infinty malad pvr cinemas. I had gone with my family to watch avengers movie in the morning slot of 10.30. However i had a very bad experience at the security counter of your cinemas. Security guard mrs nazma khan who was on duty that so called shift behaved very arrogantly with me and my family as we had requested to know any facility to keep our luggage. We had a small baby with us and that female just spoke arrogantly saying "cinema kya tumhare baap ka hai". Also she constantly kept screaming at my old grandmother for hurrying up with the security check. Also her attitude towards her fellow colleagues was rude which we could tell by her behavior. Now let me tell you iam a reputed doctor working in bmc mumbai. And any politeness from her side we would have appreciated. However i'm shocked your company recruits people like nazma khan. We don't pay to get humiliated from someone like a security guard for wrong reasons. I really hope this matter would be taken very sternly by your concerned administration as i would not want anyone else to suffer the same humiliation which we did from.
