This is regarding the bad experience of sound quality we faced on 25th Jan, 2017 at PVR Kormangala, Bangalore for 10 PM show of Kaabil. Post Interval the sound of the theater was so low that the audience couldn't listen it properly. We complained many times but still the issue was not resolved. PVR guys re-winded the movie for 20 mins but still no improvement in the sound. After wasting 45 mins, we were shifted to another screen. But in the meantime we lost our time and movie scenes too. Also, due to this I had to pay more parking charges. This is so frustrating. I demand full refund as part of damage done. Please see screenshot for more detail.

I had booked 2 tickets on 17.02.2017 for the show at 3.20 PM for "Singam 3" in Grand Mall at Velachery, chennai. Payment made through my CITI BANK internet banking for Rs. 309.00 vide ref. MCUPOS 17FEB0900 Card no.: 5497XXX4XXXX4539 17FEB CITRUS PAY PVR CINEMAS MUMBAI Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 17FEB0900. But later understood that booking was not accepted and no show was booked for us which is also confirmed through booking history in my PVR cinemas login account. i understood that booking was not made so the debited amount will get refunded to my account in 7 working days but till date the amount was not yet credited in my account.
As the payment is gone from my bank account and no booking was made against the above payment ref. no., please help me to get the refund ASAP
