Dear Sir,
I had booked 4 tickets on26.01.2017for the show at 9.45 AM for "JOMONTE SUVISHENGAL" in OberonMall at cochi.Payment made through my SBI BANK internet banking for Rs. 492.00 vide ref. no.[protected]GAARKSJU3 of Justdial.But later understood that booking was not accepted and no show was booked for us.The matter was taken up with manager at the counter of Oberon Mall Theatre before staring the show same day on 26.01.2017.He confirmed that no such booking happend they cannot permit unless showing the receipt of booking sent through SMS/Mail.

As the payment is gone from my bank account and no booking was made against the above payment ref. no., please help me to get the refund from the concerned party.

P.S:I had already send mail 3 times in PVR mai lID "[protected]@pvrcinemas.com"as instructed by the theatre Manager and Directly in their web platform customer complaint, but not received anyresponse.

Dear Sir,

I had booked 2 tickets on 17.02.2017 for the show at 3.20 PM for "Singam 3" in Grand Mall at Velachery, chennai. Payment made through my CITI BANK internet banking for Rs. 309.00 vide ref. MCUPOS 17FEB0900 Card no.: 5497XXX4XXXX4539 17FEB CITRUS PAY PVR CINEMAS MUMBAI Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 17FEB0900. But later understood that booking was not accepted and no show was booked for us which is also confirmed through booking history in my PVR cinemas login account. i understood that booking was not made so the debited amount will get refunded to my account in 7 working days but till date the amount was not yet credited in my account.

As the payment is gone from my bank account and no booking was made against the above payment ref. no., please help me to get the refund ASAP

    My name is Poornima. I am a Physiotherapist by profession. I had visited the PVR cinemas in Kormangala on 28jan. The seating arrangement in the theatre is ergonomically very wrong. My friend who accompanied me had a severe back pain after that. The corner seats especially are in a very awkward twisted position. The seats we got were in screen 8 Row K 17, 18. With such high reputation of PVR there is an immediate requirement for the change in this. Kindly look into the matter

      Hello Team,

      This is regarding the bad experience of sound quality we faced on 25th Jan, 2017 at PVR Kormangala, Bangalore for 10 PM show of Kaabil. Post Interval the sound of the theater was so low that the audience couldn't listen it properly. We complained many times but still the issue was not resolved. PVR guys re-winded the movie for 20 mins but still no improvement in the sound. After wasting 45 mins, we were shifted to another screen. But in the meantime we lost our time and movie scenes too. Also, due to this I had to pay more parking charges. This is so frustrating. I demand full refund as part of damage done. Please see screenshot for more detail.

        The staff behaved as if they don't know the rules or something. I asked about taking my order so that they can deliver it inside while watching the movie but they replied like they were new or something.           My self Manish Kadam from Raipur (C.G. )

          Went PVR cinemas on 16.1.17 for buying ticket for dangal movie after watching BOOK MY SHOW . in book my show ticket price shows 50/- But on ticket counter staff said you have to buy tickets for rs. 120/- at counter . & 50/- is only for online buying tickets customers.

          Sir is there is any rule of only booking online tickets if for 50/- else.

          i have watched many movies for 50/- each.

          i have to pay on line 3 tickets for 240/- while as per book my show tickets price for 3 tickets is only 150/-

          Sir PVR is near by home so why should i bear internet charges .

          kndly look into the matter whether Staff is giving Wrong Information for selling tickets. we face problems there.

            My name is Rahul Tiwari. i went to watch Dangal movie at r-odeon mall ghatkoper. show time was 7.15 pm. date 7-1-2016. in the interval there was one guy name Devendra came to me to take serve food on seat. i ask him that do you have any popcorn and pepsi combination. he said that they have combo for 200 rs. with 1 large popcorn and 1 large pepsi. so i placed an a order for 1 combo and 1 packet of samosa and i gave him 500rs. after 20min he served me 1 small popcorn and 1 small pepsi along with the paket of samosa. and he chaged me 290rs. after that i asked him for bill. he said that he forgot the bill at the counter. he said that he will send bill in 2 min. after 20 min of waiting no one has come either bill or that guy. so i went outside at the counter. there was a guy name satish i asked him do you have any combo of 200 rs. he said that they dont have any combo like that. but they do have a 160 rs combo for marathi movies. i asked satish that i want to meet on duty manager. then he called him manager name Pramod. i explained him the whole senario that happened with me.but he didn't take any action. he gave mei 40 rs back and he said that it i can do. i told him that i came outside to file a complaint about bad service . he didn't even consider that something wrong with me . mr. Pramod got this thing funny. i went to watch the movie but i didnt. it take more then a hour to sort-out these things. i think you guys need to take an action about these. very poor service of pvr at all. this was best experience of my life. i bought 2 tickets for 320rs. and i didnt even seen a movie. actually i want my food money of 290. and my movie ticket amnt back.

              I saw Passengers at 3:00pm on 6th Jan, 2017 in Audi 5 at Lower Patel, Palladium Mall, Mumbai. The first 4 rows were all available on BookMyShow, and all except 2 seats were vacant in the theatre. However, the PVR employee-Sonali at the ticket window showed us a screen and said that all the tickets in the first four rows were sold out and that we need to buy the tickets in the next tier. We were compelled to buy more expensive tickets even when other tickets were available. This is clearly cheating customers and is not expected of PVR. When I confronted her after the movies she blatantly denied this act and in fact told us that we should have asked her once again before buying the tickets. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I choose PVR over every other multiplex, and am terribly disappointed that an esteemed company like yourself could defraud loyal customers as such.

                I am from Nagpur. But as the theatre says that cinemax rights are owned by pvr. So writting a complaint over here. I booked for morning show at 9am for Dangal movie. Later on it was informed that the movie is 1hr late due to technical reasons. But after one hour this pvr/cinemax staff combined the show. And dint allowed us to avail the seat which we have booked for. The response for authority and staff was very rude. As without any explanation they asked us to leave seat and shift to other.

                  We are three students from JNU who visit PVR at Priya Complex Vasant Kunj regularly. We took three tickets for Dangal. The boy at the counter told us that they do not have tickets for the 7:35 p.m show. When we asked for the tickets for 10:55 p.m show he informed that only three seats are left at K-row. We asked him repeatedly whether any other seats are available as we do not usually prefer corner seats. There was another customer next counter who asked for 5 seats which they got easily in Q-row. We asked them why they were given seats in that row. We spoke to the supervisor there and he said that PVR is having a system in which if you know somebody in PVR, you can ask them to reserve seats through an alternate system. But the persons who got the seats with us were not at all sure whether the seats were available or not. they did not give any other reference. Even if you have any alternate system that should atleast show that the seats are reserved or they can book the seats also. By this are you trying to categorize the customers or not. Is there something like more privileged and less privileged. if so please mention this in your policy that you will get a desired seat in PVR (provided the seats are available) only if you have some close ones in PVR.

                  My 70 year old Daddy visited R-Odeon theatre at Ghatkopar to watch Dangal-9am show. Though ticket was priced @ 75, he was asked to pay EXTRA Rs 60 for popcorn. He objected but the counter person didnt budge and eventually he returned the ticket and got the money back.
                  This is absolutely unfair trade practice.

                  Watched Khaidi No.150 on 12.01.17, 10.20 show. They started the show 20 minutes late. So skipped playing the Nationak anthem. Very disappointing and disgraceful.

                    I had booked a ticket for Assasims creed at PVR VR IMAX bangalore for 30th dec 2016. The booking website and pvr website (for VR and pepsi koramangala IMAX which i checked didnt show it as 2D or 3D movie. So when i reached the theatre the manager there informed me that because of technical problems the move is being played in 2D. When i talked & showed the website, PVR area manager Mr.Shashi told me that if i dont watch this show, a refund will be given if i sent a mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, and that they will be confirming that i havent seen the movie.

                    Now after emailing the feedback team, they say that it is not their mistake.
                    Now without proper information in pvr website and bookmyshow how can a customer know that it is a 2D movie?

                    (No mention of 3D) but manager assured that it is 3D there.
                    -my booked ticket which i want a refund. ( here also it says only the movie name and no mention of 2D/3D

                      Unable to get refund of my tickets booked online

                      I booked 3 tickets for Dec 29, 2016 for movie Dhangal at pvr forum mall, Bangalore. I would like to cancel this tickets as I am unable to go now. Looks like PVR is not refunding tickets sold online which is unacceptable and not justified. My ticket details arw as follows.

                      PVR Cinemas Voucher code used but didn't get tickets

                      I used my nearbuy voucher code on pvr app but the tickets didn't get booked.
                      Now when I'm trying to book using the same voucher code..It says'used already' and not accepting the code.
                      Please solve the problem ASAP since I want to book tickets for 27th Dec
                      The app says to wait for half an hour before re booking but I waited for more than an hour. .still is giving the same message....

                          PVR cinema is famous for its one screen (Dolby ATMOS). Most english action movies and animation movies release with this feature for sound.
                          But nowadays Lulu - PVR only shows malayalam or most viewed movies(movie which more people tends to watch on a single show).
                          Since the screen for ATMOS (AUDI-6) contains more seats than other screens, they could make more profit in a single show. This is the motive behind the action.
                          People want to watch movies with the facility of ATMOS quality and its 3D surround sound. Its not able to be achieved now. This is not fair. Actions to be taken for this.

                          I had booked a ticket for Assasims creed at PVR VR IMAX bangalore. The booking website and pvr website (for VR and pepsi koramangala IMAX which i checked didnt show it as 2D or 3D movie. So when i reached the theatre the manager there informed me that because of technical problems the move is being played in 2D. When i talked & showed the website, PVR area manager Mr.Shashi told me that if i dont watch this show, a refund will be given if i sent a mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, and that they will be confirming that i havent seen the movie.

                          Now after emailing the feedback team, they say that it is not their mistake.
                          Now without proper information in pvr website and bookmyshow how can a customer know that it is a 2D movie?

                          (No mention of 3D) but manager assured that it is 3D there.
                          -my booked ticket which i want a refund. ( here also it says only the movie name and no mention of 2D/3D

                            I used my nearbuy voucher code on pvr app but the tickets didn't get booked.
                            Now when I'm trying to book using the same voucher code..It says'used already' and not accepting the code.
                            Please solve the problem ASAP since I want to book tickets for tomorrow.
                            The app says to wait for half an hour before re booking but I waited for more than an hour. .still is giving the same message.

                              I had booked ticket online thrice for movie on 2 nd Dec 2016 . However, for some reason, the ticket could not be booked but amount Rs 228, Rs 253, Rs 228 was debited from my SBI A/c [protected] .

                              A message was received from the PVR that money would be refunded automatically but I am still to receive any cash .

                              Please look into the matter and respond

                                My axis debit card was swiped twice for amount of rs.350, so the total amount is rs. 700 while purchasing tickets on 27/nov/2016 at pvr cinemas elements mall nagavara banaglore. When i checked with the pvr staff they said it would be automatically refunded but as of now it hasn't been.

                                Need your assistance in getting the same.

                                Also attaching the screenshot of the transaction messages.

                                It got reversed on 1/12/2016 but again they deducted the amount from my account. I need it by today.
