Unable to get refund of my tickets booked online

Address: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, 635109

I booked 3 tickets for Dec 29, 2016 for movie Dhangal at pvr forum mall, Bangalore. I would like to cancel this tickets as I am unable to go now. Looks like PVR is not refunding tickets sold online which is unacceptable and not justified. My ticket details arw as follows.

PVR Cinemas Voucher code used but didn't get tickets

I used my nearbuy voucher code on pvr app but the tickets didn't get booked.
Now when I'm trying to book using the same voucher code..It says'used already' and not accepting the code.
Please solve the problem ASAP since I want to book tickets for 27th Dec
The app says to wait for half an hour before re booking but I waited for more than an hour. .still is giving the same message....

    I made first transaction of 1600 rs in Orion mall for Befikre movie 3.40 pm show .The transaction was denied so the lady in the counter tried again for 1600 rs .Again the transacation was denied ..When i checked my Mobile I received two messages stating

      PVR cinema is famous for its one screen (Dolby ATMOS). Most english action movies and animation movies release with this feature for sound.
      But nowadays Lulu - PVR only shows malayalam or most viewed movies(movie which more people tends to watch on a single show).
      Since the screen for ATMOS (AUDI-6) contains more seats than other screens, they could make more profit in a single show. This is the motive behind the action.
      People want to watch movies with the facility of ATMOS quality and its 3D surround sound. Its not able to be achieved now. This is not fair. Actions to be taken for this.

      I had booked a ticket for Assasims creed at PVR VR IMAX bangalore. The booking website and pvr website (for VR and pepsi koramangala IMAX which i checked didnt show it as 2D or 3D movie. So when i reached the theatre the manager there informed me that because of technical problems the move is being played in 2D. When i talked & showed the website, PVR area manager Mr.Shashi told me that if i dont watch this show, a refund will be given if i sent a mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, and that they will be confirming that i havent seen the movie.

      Now after emailing the feedback team, they say that it is not their mistake.
      Now without proper information in pvr website and bookmyshow how can a customer know that it is a 2D movie?

      (No mention of 3D) but manager assured that it is 3D there.

          I had booked ticket online thrice for movie on 2 nd Dec 2016 . However, for some reason, the ticket could not be booked but amount Rs 228, Rs 253, Rs 228 was debited from my SBI A/c [protected] .

          A message was received from the PVR that money would be refunded automatically but I am still to receive any cash .

          Please look into the matter and respond

            My axis debit card was swiped twice for amount of rs.350, so the total amount is rs. 700 while purchasing tickets on 27/nov/2016 at pvr cinemas elements mall nagavara banaglore. When i checked with the pvr staff they said it would be automatically refunded but as of now it hasn't been.

            Need your assistance in getting the same.

            Also attaching the screenshot of the transaction messages.

            It got reversed on 1/12/2016 but again they deducted the amount from my account. I need it by today.

                  AIR CONDITIONER OF AUDI - 4 of PVR PACIFIC MALL DELHI on dated 05/11/16 was high cooling, already informed to PVR staff, but no action has been taken for re-solution of the complaint.

                  It's the question mark on the reputation of PVR Cinemas.

                  Due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of PVR, we suffered mental, physical agony and harassment, which could not be compensated in the terms of money.

                  So, look into this matter seriously and show cause notice why should not take strict action against you.

                    In the pvr of our city, the staff has made it mandatory to buy a combo of pepsi and popcorn with every ticket. If i book online i do not have to buy this.so u only tell me is it right to add 80 rupees in each ticket even if we do not want these combo then also we have buy it. If i say that i dont want it they say that you have to buy itor otherwise we cant give you ticket. Once i booked my ticket with book my show app there i didnt have to pay any such price for combo. So therefore i expect ana nswer from you soon.

                      We are here to watch the movie dr. Strange 9:30 am show on 5th November. We have purchased a tub of salted popcorn which is completely soggy and your staff refused to give us fresh ones but they refused. Some other staff came with a new batch coincidentally. When we requested him to give us fresh ones. He mixed the soggy popcorns with the fresh batch and gave us stale popcorns. The large soft drink had 3/4th glasses filled. U make money by cheating your customers PVR Cinema Mira Road.

                        Dear sir,
                        This is to bring to your kind attention that pvr kanpur south x mall is not providing free drinking water to us and they are saying that washroom is under construction. As per the guidelines of supreme court in the case of rupadi multiplex vs tncdrc it was held that-if for any reason, water supply is not available on a particular day, alternative arrangements for supply of free pure and portable drinking water to cinema-goers need to be made available by the owners of the cinema hall, " it said and if cinemahall is not complying then will be fined with rs.11000. I hope pvr will look into this matter as soon as possible to stop me from filling legal complaint as the are selling water at higher price than mrp which is restricted by the recent supreme court guidelines.

                          Wrong ticket given and show was expired

                          I had asked for Dhoni movie ticket and I was given different ticket of 7:30 pm on 8:00 pm by the ticket counter and when I reached counter and showed ticket I was made to talk to the manager and he said go back home this is waste of money for u now get lost and then even after shouting on him I wasn't given refund nor was I able to watch the movie my money ₹390 was wasted and I'm very unhappy with service of forum mall koromangala services...

                            Watched a movie today ar PVR Cinemas Guwahati. The show was acheduled for 8:45pm and they started the show half an hour late because they showed advertisements for half an hour of the show time and then another half an hour of advertisements during interval. It is really annoying to sit through this as we come to watch a show and not 1 extra hour of advertisements.

                              We visited nashik city central pvr for show timing 1.40. Pm for shivaay screen no 5 my seat noa10, a-13 toa-18 we bought tickets for rs2100 but the condition of washroom was pathetic the urinal pot were filled with urine and a lousy smell was all over the room this was so unhygienic
                              We thought that we paid for best cinemas but after visiting nashik pvr city central our opinion changed we complaint to the manager but no action was taken

                                On the 25th of oct 2016 we went to juhu pvr mumbai to watch a 1745 show (Girl on a train). Prior to entering the movie hall following disgusting observations were made by the undersigned regarding your staff members in the food counter.
                                1) the freshly arrived momo's were being counted by physically touching each and every momo with fingers.
                                2) after we took the coffee, we requested for paper napkins and to our surprise the counter boy licked his finger to pull out the napkins.

                                Hygiene had gone for a toss and we were very uncomfortable to see such behaviour. Since we were in a hurry i could not bring this to the duty managers notice and on completion of the movie as the exit is through a different route there was no scope to complain about this disturbing event.

                                  This complaint is about pvr cinemas, shalimar bagh. I had taken two of my friends who are bulgarian nationals watch the 12.40 show of inferno. We were told backpacks won't allowed, which was not mentioned on the paytm ticket, and offered no solution. No locker, luggage rack, nothing. We were told to leave the mall and find a place backpacks, which had passports. On protesting, your staff neeraj basically told me to go f*k myself. Unless some action is taken, i will forced to make this a diplomatic issue.
