Complained to the security guard during interval for ac not working. he said something on his walkie talkie to someone. nothing was done. again complained a bit forcefully. one sardar ji came and apologised, but could not restore tje ac. refused to give the number of mr. chandermohan, the gm of pvrs in chandigarh.

    Customers must watch out.

    The snack counter at pvr / forum / bangalore would fraudulently add an item in the bill and make you pay for something you haven't bought. Just in case you point out, they would happily refund the money. Most of the customers don't check the bill due to the "interval" rush. Its not a one time experience but a consistent experience. And the reason this seems like an intentional error / by design is that they have also switched off the billing machine monitor that faces the customer.

      Security guards

      We had gone to watch the movie "freaky ali" in pvr cinema at growells mall kandivili east, the tickets were of 2.50 show on screen no.4.

      I am sorry to say that such a big theatre, such a management cant pay attention to the security.

      When we entered the auditorium there was no one to guide us, we managed ourselves on our own.

      People at your checking place really have knows the difference between frisking and touching? Why the hell do you place scanners in their hands. And manager tells me this is going to happen who's name was dilip at chandigarh elante mall. I would him to say sorry and stop telling people that this has to happen. He is actually an idiot. Ohhh when i objected about it he says even dc has to go through the same... I think such person should not be at these places... Take this as a formal complaint and i am also going to highlight the same on social media because this is really not acceptable.

        We have booked movie ticket for show sully dated 11.09.2016 silver g 10, 11 with pvr phoenix market city. movie show time was 7.45 pm. around 9:15 there was power failure at pvr due to which all the shows got interrupted. till 10.15 pm it was not resumed and there was chaos all around asking for refund by all the viewers. we want to file case against management of pvr market city phoenix mall bangalore for refund of movie ticket cost rs 560 and parking 40 rs.

          First thing, your cafeteria people are not reply back sometime properly.
          Second thing, kindly start accepting the meal coopan like soduexo etc. Because usually in theater it or software people come and see movies. And our companies give us the meal coopan for purchase food items then why we buy via money.
          I[censored] allow or declare that your food counter takes meal coopan then your selling get increase. Thinks once and try to take action as soon as possible.

            Pvr vasant kunj, new delhi disappointed me by their biased behavior. They told me that baggage is not allowed in their cinema, but they allowed several people to carry it. I even allowed them to check my bag but they just refused. It was in a dlf mall. And if they are not allowing the bag, they must have a baggage counter. Even a showroom in that mall was having such bag counter, but "pvr" known as such a big cinema chain can't just manage to have a baggage counter. Such a shame to pvr. Before pvr it was dt. They used to check the bag and allow everyone. I feel pity to this biased pvr.

            today on 29/08/2016 i book three tickets for flying jatt for my son and my parents when my parents reach at pvr vasant kunj promonade mall at 6pm there is some staff of pvr who send my parents to 5.15 pm show and they have ticket of 6.15 pm show im very dispointed like pvr staff do like this and she said we have only 5.15 pm show after that we have 8.15 pm show approx half movie nikal bhi gaya aur unko 5.15 ke show main bhej diya gaya
            i book my ticket thru book my show and both of company spoil my parents mood and money i will take some legal action if those company not taken any action

              Seats of new pvr indore are very uncomfortable.
              I used to see movie at pvr from last 8-10 years.
              But new seats does not move backward and it causes back problem.
              Request management to make them comfortable..
              Pvr is best but this type of seats looses customers of indore
              They preferred other multiplex.
              Earlier the seats are very comfortable. But from april 2016 renovation all seats are very uncomfortable..
              They don't bend backside even a little bit.
              That is why it is bad for back and neck..
              Plz review it otherwise pvr will looses its quality experience of viewers

                This is my second complaint in regards to basic hygiene standards being maintained by pvr cinemas, food and beverage division.

                In my first complaint i mentioned the unkept coffee machine, with burn milk stains on the steaming wand and steaming pitcher. I was assured immediate action on the same. Also, the pvr representative asked me to check it anytime during my next visit.

                I went there to watch a movie on monday. To my surprise, the condition was still the same.

                That burnt milk carry very harmful germs and can lead to severe food poisoning. This time i want to question the fssai department too for how they get a license without maintaining the basic hygiene standards at such a big company.

                  Worst 3d projection quality

                  Today i watched #sucide_squad at pvr cinemas in ampa skywalk for the 2nd time for a better experience at audi 4.
                  The 3d projection quality sucks... ; (It was dark and too dim the whole movie which was embarassing and i got frustated by the movie watching experience.
                  Previously in the same screen i've watched many 3d movies, the recent one being ice age collison course and batman vs superman...

                        This is very unfortunate to say that the food prices of pvr cinemas is too high.
                        Like the small beverage starting price is of 180 rs. And popocron is for 190.
                        If we buy from market these two items it cost only 30 rs combine and their cinema price is total 370 which is equal to 9 time high price then the market.
                        Kindly take a look at this matter and solve for the customers.

                          This is to bring into your notice that the pvr cinema vikas puri new delhi food prices is very high. They are giving us 180 rs of small pepsi 300 ml which the market price is 20 rs and also a small popcorn price is 180 with a very limited quantity which we are buying 10 rs from outside market.
                          The price is equal to 10 times more then a actual which is a very very high for the customers.
                          My request you to please solve this matter and please reduce the food prices for the customers.

                            Pathetic service at pvr directors cut ambience mall.. Just watched kabali in audi 4 seat no e6 n e7 on 27 july...10.40 pm. Show. When movie started i entered with my wife n after few minutes a pvr guy came to take orders n to inform us that i[censored] need something then only click on the green button which is given. Which was already clicked when we seated and. As if it's the first time we are watching a movie in directors cut... After 10 minutes when we were actually wanted to place an order to have something we pressed that green button on both the seats but nobody came for 1hr n 20 minutes, after that when i walk down and inform about the same to the manager whos name is jiten gupta he was giving me the excuse just to hide his mistakes had to leave in between the interval, but it was a really bad experience in directors cut if a customer wants to have something n had to go downstairs for placing an order then why should a customer comes in pvr directors cut, a customer can also go to a normal pvr or big cinemas or somewhere else.. Thought it's not the first time as m watching a movie in directors cut.. But it happened probably bcs there were only 6 seats booked in whole audi.. That might be one of the reason that nobody had taken any initiative.. Moreover when i booked the tickets from the pvr app i was just trying to contact to their given number for directors cut which is [protected] but no one had picked a single call i tried atleast 10 to 12 time before coming on an interval of 3 hrs... This is totally bad service will never come again and will also approach the same to my known people that why to waste money on this pvr directors cut.. It's better if they choose something else. I need my money back..

                              I want to bring to your notice the pathetic state of hygiene being maintained by the fnb department of subhash nagar pvr.

                              I asked for a cappuccino, but the steaming wand of the machine was completely covered with thick burnt milk. When i demanded it to be cleaned before making my coffee, to my surprise there was no cleaning towel or sponge wipe next to his machine, nor anywhere near.

                              I waited patiently for 15 mins at the counter to see him unable to clean it despite several attempts, finally i gave up, and asked him to cancel my order.

                              In between he did ask me my seat number and audi number, so that he could make my coffee and serve me at my seat. But noway could he get rid of that burnt milk. I think it has never been into practice, like ever!!

                                This is with reference to our meeting yesterday in pvr, citycentre, noida, india. i have bought 4 pvr cinemas through amazon site. i bought it

                                Unfortunately none of the card is working and its showing expired. i was told the card will be valid for 1 year, however once i activate the card i
                                Will have to use it 90 days.

                                2000 rs - breakup 500 rupees 4 cards. - this is where problem lies
                                3000 rs - break up 1000 rupees each 3 vouchers.

                                  I watched the conjuring part 2 film 3 times in different theatreall of them were not allowing under 18 kids to watch the movie as it would be illegal but when i went to pvr mohali at north country mall they allowed everyone a 4 year old child was sitting next to me and i was amazed which is not gud for you guys i would have complained that time but i didnt wanted any trouble for her parents the staff didnt even checked anyone as the complain is too late but everything can be found in their cctv footage.
