Worst 3d projection quality

This is susindran from chennai.
Today i watched #sucide_squad at pvr cinemas in ampa skywalk for the 2nd time for a better experience at audi 4.
The 3d projection quality sucks... ; (It was dark and too dim the whole movie which was embarassing and i got frustated by the movie watching experience.
Previously in the same screen i've watched many 3d movies, the recent one being ice age collison course and batman vs superman...

    I went to watch White Malayalam movie in PVR Cinemas in Phoenix Market City, Pune on last Sunday. In the first half only the front speaker was working so it was totally irritating.

      First i waited for 15 mins in line when only 1 customer was ahead me in the line, the man at the counter was so confused in taking orders. Very slow and bad service, then hne my turn came, he ignored me and entertained net customer behind me. And was rude to me that i was not in the line.

        Hi team,
        This is very unfortunate to say that the food prices of pvr cinemas is too high.
        Like the small beverage starting price is of 180 rs. And popocron is for 190.
        If we buy from market these two items it cost only 30 rs combine and their cinema price is total 370 which is equal to 9 time high price then the market.
        Kindly take a look at this matter and solve for the customers.

          This is to bring into your notice that the pvr cinema vikas puri new delhi food prices is very high. They are giving us 180 rs of small pepsi 300 ml which the market price is 20 rs and also a small popcorn price is 180 with a very limited quantity which we are buying 10 rs from outside market.
          The price is equal to 10 times more then a actual which is a very very high for the customers.
          My request you to please solve this matter and please reduce the food prices for the customers.

            Pathetic service at pvr directors cut ambience mall.. Just watched kabali in audi 4 seat no e6 n e7 on 27 july...10.40 pm. Show. When movie started i entered with my wife n after few minutes a pvr guy came to take orders n to inform us that i[censored] need something then only click on the green button which is given. Which was already clicked when we seated and. As if it's the first time we are watching a movie in directors cut... After 10 minutes when we were actually wanted to place an order to have something we pressed that green button on both the seats but nobody came for 1hr n 20 minutes, after that when i walk down and inform about the same to the manager whos name is jiten gupta he was giving me the excuse just to hide his mistakes had to leave in between the interval, but it was a really bad experience in directors cut if a customer wants to have something n had to go downstairs for placing an order then why should a customer comes in pvr directors cut, a customer can also go to a normal pvr or big cinemas or somewhere else.. Thought it's not the first time as m watching a movie in directors cut.. But it happened probably bcs there were only 6 seats booked in whole audi.. That might be one of the reason that nobody had taken any initiative.. Moreover when i booked the tickets from the pvr app i was just trying to contact to their given number for directors cut which is [protected] but no one had picked a single call i tried atleast 10 to 12 time before coming on an interval of 3 hrs... This is totally bad service will never come again and will also approach the same to my known people that why to waste money on this pvr directors cut.. It's better if they choose something else. I need my money back..

              I want to bring to your notice the pathetic state of hygiene being maintained by the fnb department of subhash nagar pvr.

              I asked for a cappuccino, but the steaming wand of the machine was completely covered with thick burnt milk. When i demanded it to be cleaned before making my coffee, to my surprise there was no cleaning towel or sponge wipe next to his machine, nor anywhere near.

              I waited patiently for 15 mins at the counter to see him unable to clean it despite several attempts, finally i gave up, and asked him to cancel my order.

              In between he did ask me my seat number and audi number, so that he could make my coffee and serve me at my seat. But noway could he get rid of that burnt milk. I think it has never been into practice, like ever!!

              Kindly attend to it asap.

                This is with reference to our meeting yesterday in pvr, citycentre, noida, india. i have bought 4 pvr cinemas through amazon site. i bought it
                Through my credit card of bahrain.

                Unfortunately none of the card is working and its showing expired. i was told the card will be valid for 1 year, however once i activate the card i
                Will have to use it 90 days.

                2000 rs - breakup 500 rupees 4 cards. - this is where problem lies
                3000 rs - break up 1000 rupees each 3 vouchers.


                I am totally frustated, i have bought total gift vouchers of rs 5000 as i love pvr cinemas but now i m regretting.

                  I watched the conjuring part 2 film 3 times in different theatreall of them were not allowing under 18 kids to watch the movie as it would be illegal but when i went to pvr mohali at north country mall they allowed everyone a 4 year old child was sitting next to me and i was amazed which is not gud for you guys i would have complained that time but i didnt wanted any trouble for her parents the staff didnt even checked anyone as the complain is too late but everything can be found in their cctv footage.

                    Please respect my words and resolve this problem soon without neglecting.
                    The pvr ticket prices in bangalore are 2-3 times more than your pvr ticket prices in chennai, hyderabad, other cities. I kindly request you to reduce the ticket prices in bangalore which benefits you as well with more occupancy in pvr than before here.

                      Dear pvr, i was trying to book kabali movie tickets for 23rd july '16. the site was slow and i wanted to book four tickets. payment went through four times but ticket confirmation failed and the end page said something like "oops, ticket booking failed". about an hour later i got a mail stating all 16 tickets got confirmed. i want the refund for the remaining three tickets. i tried calling multiple customer care numbers. none of the calls went through. kindly process my refund request. for further details drop me a mail at, [protected]@gmail.com.

                        I was in pvr kochi, lulu mall yesterday for the 6 pm show of ice age with my two children. The guard, mr. Freddy stopped me for frisking which i have a serious aversion to. This is me, i do not like hands running over my body without my permission. Especially hands that run over hundreds of other bodies before scampering all over mine.

                        Freddy is a very serious security guard who takes his job very seriously indeed and asked me to step aside and wait till the manager arrives to solve the situation. The manager (Couldn't catch his name - starts a...) arrived promptly and believe me, the arrogance was simply outstanding. He seized me up with a disdainful look and started treating me like - pardon the word - poop. I am using this word here because that is exactly how he treated me in front of my kids. And said we will have to leave the premises if i do not allow myself to be touched...

                        His attitude was so bad that my kids were literally begging me to have a physical confrontation with the 'badman from pvr'.

                        I looked at their concern for me, took a deep breath and walked into the humiliation of being frisked under the smirking gaze of your security team who had gathered to watch me succumb. Because to me as i am sure is with others who enjoy parenthood, the smiles on the face of their children come first. Before even getting humiliated by insolent security managers who think nothing of letting the brand identity your company has carefully and extensively cultivated over the years.

                        Imagine, this is after i said i ll empty my pockets and giving permission to use the metal detector on me. What sort of a system is this if a company of your repute is indulging in deliberate incursion into the personal rights and space of individuals?

                        Your reply is awaited as this would decide whether i should move legally on this matter. I intend to fight for this because i believe in the right of every individual in this country and the constitution that allows it. If your employee is making a mockery of indian constitution, shouldn't it be a rather big concern for the company?

                          I went there to watch sultan movie. When i am entering security guard told me through chew gum in dustbin and so i did. But i was getting late for show, so after that i was going fast on stairs and that guard pull me back very disrespectful and abused me. He thought i can't understand hindi language. Manager is also supporting him. I know i am not an indian but all people should treat as human or as equal. I know also that i am writing all this, but it's completely useless because no one is going to take action because you guys don't care. I had very good experience with pvr cinemas because of that i felt like i can't watch movie anymore at hall.                               We were watching sultan at 1:40pm on 10/7/16 in guwahati, assam having two tickets b-22, 23. we showed the ticket to the ticket checker and he asked us to take our seats. at interval another ticket checker came and asked us to move to another place as he told us we were sitting at wrong seats, just when we were about to change our seats another ground staff named mr. chana borah was offensive in his behaviour and was ruthlessly asking us to get up and leave. he totally spoiled our time and enjoyment of the movie as i had to go out to write in the complaint book. i want strict action to b taken against such unprofessional employee hired by pvr and want my entire booking amount refunded to me.

                              Are we paying for the ads to watch or movie? You taking all the movie goers for granted. First of all u take premium money and then you make us wait at this late hour for 30 minutes for the second part. It is really frustrating. We need our money back. You can earn your share but we need our money. We have paid 600 for 2 tickets in our mulund.

                                Hi.. I vicky living in naraina vihar delhi.. I came pvr naraina for booking ticket at 11.50 show.. They said housefull.. I requested them pls arrange 2 tickets but clearly said no tickets available.. Suddenly 1 guy come on ticket counter and talk to rahul rana manager and karan and they give to him 2 tickets without any booking and cancellation.. This is i feel very bad. I m regular customer of pvr and i m local person in naraina.. But now i will never come to pvr and i ll never suggest to anyone for pvr.. Everywhere is politics.. Pls call me if possible

                                  I went to inorbit mall today at 9:00pm ist in hyderabad, telengana where pvr cinemas have a branch to book 22 tickets for saturday morning 09/07/2016. i was informed that i can not book 22 tickets at a time and i was told by the manager in charge that i have to pay rs 340 for the booking i. e. 150 (movie ticket)+190 (food charges). moreover he told me that i can book only 6 tickets and i can use my card only once in a particular day for transaction. is it sensible any way. if i go for a movie and i prefer to watch another movie i will not be allowed because i will be using my card more than once. i told the manager that i can book 6 tickets 4 times from the counter but he replied you are not allowed.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I am a very regular visitor in pvr vikaspuri (primarily due to its proximity to my house - 1 km to be exact).
                                    Today however was the worst experience i have had there.
                                    Today i. e on 7th july i along with my family (4 others) went to watch sultan (9am show). at the entry itself, mahesh behave extremely rudely with my husband - reason an extra minute to show the booking confirmation on his mobile. when we told him to lower his volume he paid no attention.
                                    If this was not bad enough his manager akhil further insulted us and misbehaved. we had 5 tickets (n - 9, 10, 11, 12 & n 19) and obviously wanted to sit together but he insisted that our seats are not together and someone will have to sit separtely. when i said my little 4 year old cant sit alone he said but madam you can sit alone. my husband requested him to behave properly but he continued to argue.
                                    When him its very poor customer service he said - we are running a business!!! when we told him we are regular and know the duty manager he rudely shouted - all old staff is gone. we wanted to speak to his manager, he said she isnt not available. he gave us no feedback form to share our feedback. we missed good 20 minutes of the movie's beginning!!! we pay to watch a movie and not to get screamed upon. if your employees think its business over customer service then its a never again for us.

                                      We had gone to purchase the tickets of sultan on the 5th of july for the 6th. We asked for 5 tickets for the evening 8.30 show but were told that it is sold out but tickets for 8.10 show is available. We agreed and took the tickets.
                                      On reaching the venue at 8 pm on 6th we realized that we were given the ticket for the 8.10 am show which was obviously over and our ticket is invalid.

                                      On contracting the senior person we were told it is our responsibility to check the ticket before we leave the counter so nothing can be done. However he check at the counter for tickets for the 8.30 show as we did not want to go back without watching the show but were informed that no tickets were available.

                                      On escalating the matter we were offered fresh tickets for the same 8.30 show on fresh payment.
                                      I find 3 things fishy in this incident.
                                      1. Was the person deliberately misguiding us to sell the tickets for the 8.10 am show as who would want to purchase the ticket for the 8.10 am show when you are asking for the evening 8.30 pm show. He purposely created the confusion to sell extra tickets.
                                      2. When there were no tickets for that show available at the counter how we were given 5 new tickets for the show. This means the management is keeping some tickets aside to probably sell at black later in cases of house full shows.
                                      3. As incase of no show in flights the tax amount is refunded. Similarly should not be the same here and the tax amount of our un - used tickets be refunded. Is it legal to retain the tax amount.
